People organize meetings to plan stuff. During the meeting, the collaboration feels like a free for all to see how many adjectives people can throw into a proposal. Maybe I'm too controlling. If I directed a meeting, it would have a strict schedule and utilize e-mail or better correspondence. During and meetings I day dream of various natural disasters interrupting the "flow" of buzzwords evacuating the building.
